Shareholder Services Agent
A Funds Administration Financial Services firm are seeking a Shareholder Services Agent for a permanent role based in Dublin. As part of the Shareholder Services team you will be involved in every aspect of the client on-boarding process from initial system set up to AML/KYC checks. Within the role you will deal with a diverse client base including institutional clients, pension funds, high net worth individuals and family offices. Key responsibilities of the Shareholder Services Agent:

Complete first level checks along with reviews where applicable on all aspects of the transfer agency value chain

Manage investor reporting and set up including AML/KYC monitoring

Liaise with internal and external business partners across multiple offices internationally

Review and provide support in on-boarding new clients from document review and system set up

Review and work with Internal Tax teams on issues relating to FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard)

Manage team mailbox and assign tasks to members of team including Investor Requests, Capital Account Statement Queries etc

Ensuring all tasks are completed within the team in a timely manner to assist with internal KPIs
Key requirements of the Shareholder Services Agent:

At least a bachelor’s degree within a relevant field related to compliance

Additional relevant education in AML/Compliance and keen interest in the area

Funds administration experience an advantage

At least 1-2 years AML/ Transfer Agent work experience an advantage

Strong analytical and organisational skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail

Ability to meet key deadlines and work under pressure

General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
