Outsourced Activities Controller - Italian Speaking - Full-Time- Dublin
A leading European Insurance firm with offices based in Dublin are seeking an Outsourced Activities Controller - Italian Speaking for a full-time, permanent position. The role is an Italian speaking position and you will Control and Monitor all delegated outsourced activities such as but not limited to: Sales and distribution Processes, Subscriptions Process, Claims Handling, Complaints Handling, Quality, Fraud, Freedom of Services (FOS) checks, AML checks, BCP checks, Data protection and Information security.
Key responsibilities of the Outsourced Activities Controller - Italian Speaking:

Conduct Third Part Administrators (TPA) and/or Finance Partners onsite audits, desk based audits and regulatory visits including all of the above mentioned delegated outsourced activities

Review and prepare contracts and agreements in advance

Communicate with all stakeholders updating them on all key business developments

Conduct audits and monitor the quality of all delegated outsourced activities and services

Conduct TPA and finance partner on-site audits

Provide some support on training issues and preparation of training programs

Monitor and assess additional ad-hoc issues

Complete risk-assessments
Key requirements of the Outsourced Activities Controller - Italian Speaking:

Must be fluent in English & Italian. 3rd language an advantage (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish,)

At least a Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Audit/ Insurance/ Legal/ Finance/ Risk Management)

Working experience in Audit or Experience with On-site Audits and Control experience is an advantage

At least 3 and 5 years proven background in Life/Non-Life/General/Motor Insurance environments

Knowledge and understanding of mitigating outsourcing risk and regulatory requirements for managing an outsourcing framework.

Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with management/executives within each of the TPA and/or Finance Partners.

Strong reporting writing skills to senior management level (Italian/French/English)

Regular travelling throughout Europe
