KYC On-Boarding Analyst - 11 months (Temporary)

A well-known global financial services company are looking to hire a KYC On-Boarding Analyst. This opportunity is based in Dublin City Centre with a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 WFH days per week. This role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable client on-boarding and KYC Know Your Customer experience with a multinational company. While also giving you a strong opportunity to up-skill in the first line of defence and grow your career. This role offers 260 Euro per day and offers a temporary　11-month contract.

Key responsibilities of a KYC On-Boarding Analyst:

• Complete client on-boarding process to mitigate risk through a due diligence process

• Assist business in implementation of due diligence reporting processes and controls

• Take part in conducting less complicated client due diligence procedures, research and identify prospects to alleviate risk

• Implement independent reasoning to manage medium risk deliverables

• Cooperate and confer with colleagues, peers, managers and internal and external customers to settle issues and accomplish goals

• Evaluate and analyse client on-boarding processes or challenges that need research, evaluation, and variety of options

• Accumulate, evaluate and report results and escalate when required

• Discuss and offer assistance to understand policies, guidelines and governance programs

• Offer recommendations for settling more complicated situations and practice independent reasoning while developing knowledge in the due diligence function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

Key Requirements of a KYC On-Boarding Analyst:

• 2-3 years of Due Diligence and Client on-boarding experience, or equivalent

• Initiative to work as part of a team and eager to get going immediately

• Experience working with commercial banks and entities and knowledge of regulations
