Risk and Compliance Data Administrator - Dublin - Pharmaceutical - Permanent

A leading health and life sciences firm are seeking a Risk and Compliance Data Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent role based in Dublin. In this role you will facilitate the ongoing maintenance of and improvements to the firm's compulsory learning, risk, and compliance solutions. You will gain high exposure to multiple systems and processes allowing for full immersion into the Risk and Compliance function.

Key responsibilities of the Risk and Compliance Data Administrator:

  • Manage the data collection process relating to non-financial risks
  • Improve existing solutions and processes through data enhancement
  • Identify and ensure current systems are utilising automation at a maximum level to reduce manual data collection
  • Monitor data within current GRC solutions and enhance overall data quality
  • Support external stakeholder engagement such as systems vendors and IT clients
  • Analyse the group GRC system capabilities and facilitate system improvements


Key requirements of the Risk and Compliance Data Administrator:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree obtained in a relevant field i.e. Data Analytics, Computer Science etc.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role involving systems maintenance
  • Experience within project management or a relevant certificate obtained an advantage
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, MS Office, Smartsheet and other SaaS applications is essential
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Risk within a regulated industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet key deadlines
