IT Auditor - Dublin - Fintech - Permanent

A leading technology and financial services firm are seeking an IT Auditor to join their business on a full-time permanent basis, to be based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity if you are beginning your career in Audit and seeking to take the next step. You will ensure all compliance and audit testing assignments are conducted and reported in line with regulatory accreditation. This role will give you excellent opportunities to travel and grow within a rapidly expanding organisation.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct full onsite self-regulatory and regulated markets reviews at clients and submit certifications in accordance
• Draft reports and certs for clients in a timely manner, including findings
• Plan and execute key audit projects
• Conduct remote audits where available, obtaining key documentation with supporting evidence
• Effectively plan onsite trips with management and the client
• Build a full understanding of the quality system – key policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Communicate with clients on the certification process and plan future certifications in advance to aid clients

Key requirements of the role:

• At least a bachelor’s degree obtained in a relevant field i.e., Mathematics, Audit, Finance
• A certificate/qualification within CISA, CISM, Cybersecurity an advantage etc.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience within Audit and exposure to SOX or similar Technology Risk/Control based audits
• Willing to travel within EU & US is essential as it is required within the role
• Strong ability with Excel and MS Office
• Strong communication ability both written and verbal
• Passion for Audit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet key deadlines
• Proactive mindset and eager to learn
