Assistant Credit Analyst
Assistant Credit Analyst – Dublin – In Office
A well know automotive company based in Dublin, is looking to hire an Assistant Credit Analyst to manage credit approvals of new and existing clients. Analyse financial statements / bank statements / credit reports for evidence of ability to pay.
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Credit Analyst:
• Perform risk analysis / reviews
• Ability to make prompt decisions and communicate with relevant departments
• Perform Customer/Client Due Diligence screening
• Manage international credit approvals
• Ability to communicate efficiently over email and through the phone
• Settle and advance customer queries to help with payments
• Assist in collecting outstanding fees in appropriate manners
• Escalate any unresolved issues to line manager
• Undertake any reasonable role related duties
Key Requirements of an Assistant Credit Analyst:
• Minimum 2/3 years relevant experience within customer service/accounts.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Experience in the Motor industry preferred but not essential
• Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand accounts.
• Good communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Assertive but diplomatic
• Self-starter
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
