Client Onboarding Senior Analyst - Permanent - Dublin - Financial Services
A global financial services firm are seeking a Client Onboarding Senior Analyst on a full-time, permanent contract. In this position, you will play a key partnership role across the firm's Sales and Trading functions. You will also deliver effective client support and lead client onboarding and engagement efforts to increase communication and strategic partnerships. You will also be responsible for client onboarding across Europe and represent the brand strategy globally.
Key responsibilities of the Client Onboarding Senior Analyst:
- Build knowledge of client onboarding requirements including global regulatory frameworks, credit, legal and AML/KYC and Tax
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal business partners
- Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on all client initiation issues and understands the role of various stakeholders involved
- Coordinate and ensure all steps of onboarding are completed and results in a trade and settlement ready status for the business
- Collaborate with front office in maintaining high profile relationships
- Assist with the development and delivery of client initiation packages
- Provide updates to senior management on critical issues and client initiation delays
- Utilise technology to track and monitor workflow and update databases with required information
- Produce reports and status updates as required
Key requirements of the Client Onboarding Senior Analyst:
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role within Financial Services i.e. Client Management/Onboarding
- Strong collaboration skills particularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the status quo
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to stay composed and resilient under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with external client face to face meeting experience
- Experience with capital markets cross asset class
- Broad market knowledge and ability to act as a client advisor
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Irish/UK regulations and anti-money laundering rules & requirements such as the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing, Criminal Justice Act (Ireland)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of MIFiD/MIFiD II
