Credit Data Platform Developer - Dublin - Financial Services - Permanent
A leading Financial Services firm are seeking a Credit Data Platform Developer on a full-time permanent contract. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring accurate delivery of Credit data for credit reporting, analysis, and management. This is a highly technical role that will require advanced programming techniques to implement and understand solutions as required.
Key responsibilities of the Credit Data Platform Developer:

Manage daily batch process ensuring timely data availability and completion of process

Investigate data or process issues and propose solutions as required
-
Analyse change requests, identifying development requirements and dependencies
-
Develop, test, and implement changes in line with procedures and governance.

Support business users in sourcing and understanding the data they require
-
Identify and control risks in advance and make suggestions to team about how to mitigate against risk
-
Maintain awareness of all compliance, regulatory & legal directives, and support development of approaches to minimise risk
Key requirements of the Credit Data Platform Developer:
-
At least 2 years’ experience in a systems development/financial reporting function

Prior experience in database development (Ideally Teradata SQL)

Experience managing and developing SAS solutions
-
At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field i.e., Computer Science, Mathematics etc.

Strong communication ability and high attention to detail
-
Experience working with other business functions and internal stakeholders
