Operations & Settlements Associate
Key Responsibilities of an Operations & Settlements Associate:
• Trade Settlement input and monitoring
• Corporate Action and Dividend Key date monitoring
• Cash Payment reconciliation and transaction processing
• Responsible for cash and stock break resolution within the strict deadlines of the department on a daily basis
• Any ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Chief Operations Officer
• Responsibility for managing, controlling, preparing, and escalating risk within the scope of your position.
• Responsibility for reading, understanding, and complying with the Company’s Conduct and Standards and corresponding regulations
Key Requirements of an Operations & Settlements Associate:
• Third Level Qualification in Finance or equivalent
• A clear drive to work in the Financial Services industry
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• MS Excel and Outlook competent
• Be a team player
• Ability to express themselves in a clear and precise manor
• Be able to work under their own initiative
• Good time management skills
• Responsible employee who takes ownership and demonstrates a “Can-Do” attitude in their daily role
