HR Recruitment Coordinator
Our client is a leading Financial Services company based in Dublin City Centre. They're looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team on an initial 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global firm, with strong view to extension & potential for permanency
Responsibilities of HR Recruitment Coordinator:
- Liaising with Recruitment Agencies
- Furnishing CV’s to the Subject Matter Experts in London and Dublin
- Scheduling interviews
- Making offers to Candidates
- Preparing Employment Contracts
- Requesting and monitoring Screening
- Setup on Oracle HR
- Setup access to Network (Email etc)
- Setup Medical Insurance
- Setup Pension
- Setup annual leave
- Setup applications for headcount on the HR Bulletin Board
Skills & Attributes of HR Recruitment Coordinator:
- Experience working within a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role
- Strong administration and people management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail with ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite
- Experience with Oracle is advantageous but not essential#
