We are currently recruiting for the role of Operations Administrator on behalf of a banking industry company.
Hybrid working - Dublin City Centre offices

Responsibilities:
- Processing existing business claims and policy alterations
- Review and respond to all customer queries received
- Provide excellent customer care to all customers
- Production of high quality and accurate client documentation
- Maintaining a professional approach to all duties and maintain client confidentiality
- Having a continuous improvement mindset and assisting your team in process improvement
- Taking responsibility for any tasks performed for
- Maintaining flexibility within the team, assisting colleagues and other departments
- Contribute to the team and departmental productivity targets so that the agreed SLA is achieved
Requirements:
- Experience working in similar capacity, preferably in insurance or pensions and investment
- Must have a strong sense of customer focus, are team focused and a problem solver
- Have strong attention to detail, are self-driven and organised
