Company Administrator
Hybrid role - Dublin South based
Entry level with great potential for progression
Responsibilities:
- Arranging for document execution and liaising with intermediaries for the safe delivery of such documents
- Completing KYC processes and preparing documents
- Assisting with the coordination and oversight of transactions from a governance, compliance and administrative perspective
- Assisting with organising of client board and committee meetings
- Drafting minutes and action item lists and circulating to clients and boards of directors in a timely manner
- Maintaining files and updating where necessary
- Publishing notices and communicating with shareholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 grade in a Legal, Finance or Business degree
- 6+ months within legal/financial sector or similar office environment required
- IT Literate with an emphasis on Word and Outlook and ability to work in a team dynamic
- Highly organised and keen to learn
