We are currently recruiting fro the role of Administrator on behalf of a Banking company
Administrator - 12 Month FTC
Hybrid working model - Dublin City Centre based
Great opportunity to develop experience of tasks similar to Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Management of inbox
- Management of diary and calenders
- Coordinates and manages programs, events, conferences and other functions
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and client representatives
- General administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably with exposure to event management and diary management
- Previous experince within a banking environment would be highloy advantageous
- Keen communication and people skills
- Organised and professional demeanour
- Flexability around working hours
