Our Client is looking to speak to established professionals withing the Healtcare Ops Space
· Supervisory management of the production evening shift
· Co-ordinating daily tasks according to schedules and resources, making changes were necessary
· Assigning tasks to operators on the shift
· Working with the quality team to ensure all staff are working to SOP’s
· Ensure safe use of machinery and equipment, providing necessary training to staff
· Resolving conflicts and personnel issues should they arise
· Collation of daily production figures and reporting to Operations Supervisor and Quality Team
