State Services Administrator (Automotive Exp)

A leading automotive company based in Dublin is looking for a State Services Administrator (Automotive Exp) to join their team.

Responsibilities of the State Services Administrator (Automotive Exp):

• Day to Day administration contact within the State Services Team
• Provide administrative support to the team including fuel cards, toll tags, arranging vehicle collection/ hires, road tax and GPS management
• Liaise with Technical Managers and suppliers to ensure all vehicles are legal and road worthy while managing weekly and monthly reports
• Daily management of system changes requirements - location movements, cost centre changes, mileage updates and surplus vehicles

Requirements of the State Services Administrator (Automotive Exp):

• MUST HAVE 1 year experience in an administrative role
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on own initiative as-well as part of a team
• Experience in motor industry is desirable
• Customer driven
