Travel Coordinator/Administrator

Office based role - Dublin City Centre offices

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of global travel
  • Providing direct day-to-day administrative support to senior executives including expense management and diary management
  • Providing day-to-day office operations support including managing reception, diary management and organising meetings, phone coverage etc.
  • Managing ad hoc tasks and supporting the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position such as a personal assistance or team support, within a professional organisation
  • Experience with diary and travel management preferred
  • Keen organisation and communication skills
