Travel Coordinator/Administrator
Office based role - Dublin City Centre offices

Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of global travel
- Providing direct day-to-day administrative support to senior executives including expense management and diary management
- Providing day-to-day office operations support including managing reception, diary management and organising meetings, phone coverage etc.
- Managing ad hoc tasks and supporting the business
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position such as a personal assistance or team support, within a professional organisation
- Experience with diary and travel management preferred
- Keen organisation and communication skills
