A leading automotive leasing and fleet management company in Dublin is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This candidate will be supporting both drivers and clients for all their queries and administrative duties.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Direct all vehicles into the clients preferred suppliers
- Redirect enquiries to relevant teams
- Achieve team goals and individual targets as appointed by Line Manager
- Be able to recommend vehicles and relevant test drives
- Process and run quotations or orders for new vehicles
- Ad-hoc duties as appointed by Line Manager
Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Pragmatic decision maker with vehicle or motor industry knowledge
- Experience in either customer service or call centre environment
- A great team player with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Call centre/ motor background or interest shown
