A leading Aerospace company is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join their established team in Dublin City Centre.
Junior Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- End to End accountability for each mission within the allocated portfolio
- Coordination of the pre-bid process and offer issuance
- Timely and accurate issuance of commercial proposals, amendments and follow up until
acceptance/refusal stage - Initiation of the assignment process from mission preparation to mission debrief
Junior Project Coordinator Skills
- A thorough understanding of end-customers’ stakes and deadlines’ importance
- Sound understanding of project profitability stakes
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a proactive approach
