HR Manager

Our client is a global Insurance company looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month basis. This role can be based from Dublin, Derry or Belfast & will have a key focus on the Northern Ireland market. It is an exciting opportunity to join such a big company with potential for contract to be extended

Responsibilities of HR Manager:

• Build strong collaborative relationships with employees and Business leaders
• Implement HR strategic initiatives and manage a broad range of strategic HR projects within the business areas
• Analyse and investigate business/people issues and trends within the relevant business area
• Feed insights gained from the business into key HR initiatives, and support all HR initiatives and services with Business leaders
• Liaise with various business leaders and management to implement HR strategies and change management initiatives

Skills & Attributes of HR Manager:

• 5+ years experience working in a HR role and ideally 2+ years experience at Management level
• A strong ability to successfully monitor and build relations with employees
• Experience of working in a unionised environment desirable
• Exposure to Financial Services and/or contact centre environment would be advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
