HR Manager
Our client is a global Insurance company looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month basis. This role can be based from Dublin, Derry or Belfast & will have a key focus on the Northern Ireland market. It is an exciting opportunity to join such a big company with potential for contract to be extended
Responsibilities of HR Manager:
- Build strong collaborative relationships with employees and Business leaders
- Implement HR strategic initiatives and manage a broad range of strategic HR projects within the business areas
- Analyse and investigate business/people issues and trends within the relevant business area
- Feed insights gained from the business into key HR initiatives, and support all HR initiatives and services with Business leaders
- Liaise with various business leaders and management to implement HR strategies and change management initiatives
Skills & Attributes of HR Manager:
- 5+ years experience working in a HR role and ideally 2+ years experience at Management level

A strong ability to successfully monitor and build relations with employees
- Experience of working in a unionised environment desirable
- Exposure to Financial Services and/or contact centre environment would be advantageous
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
