My client is a leading global Insurance giant based in Dublin City Centre. They're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on an initial 9-12 month contract, with a strong view to permanency. This is an exciting opportunity with a competitive salary & fantastic benefits package on offer. Hybrid working model in place
Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
- Deliver and manage a broad range of HR matters, in support of the objectives of the assigned business area
- Providing coaching support to members of the management teams advising on a wide-range of people-management issues, performance management, career paths, talent development and organisation design
- Identify opportunities and areas of improvement in cost management, organisational and people performance

Ensure that HR Practices are aligned with and supportive of business performance

Leading and contributing to HR projects as they arise and participating in the people work stream of functional strategies
Skills & Attributes of HR Business Partner:
- A third level qualification in HR or a suitable alternative qualification
- Experience working as a HR Business Partner, alongside Employee Relations
- Ideally experienced working within Investment Management/Asset Management or Financial Services
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to manage complex HR matters
- Strong attention to detail & organisation skills
- IT savvy with strong problem solving ability
