We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner on behalf of a Technology company.
12 Month FTC
Cork City Based - Hybrid capacity

Responsibilities:
- Translate current and future business needs into an overall integrated strategic HR plan.
- Lead management in organisational assessment and diagnosis to revise business
strategies - Provide demonstrated change management leadership.
- Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
- Assist Senior Management in the development of solutions through cultural and process
perspective - Conduct compensation and performance review programs
- Benefits planning and administration
- Manage Workforce planning
- Manage employee training and development
- Participate in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department achievements
- Write position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks
- Conduct research and analyses data on assigned projects
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of HR experience is required and previous experience in similar position is required
- A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree is required or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Grievances procedures and employment law
- Good communications skills and highly organised
