- Oversee the end-to-end HR recruitment process
- Supports the organisation in fostering a culture of Learning & Development programmes
- Support employees career development and growth, including talent and succession
- Lead and drive the organisational wellness plan providing support and guidance to employees on relevant topics
- Support key processes surrounding employee engagement
- Manage adhoc HR projects
- Manage the HRIS recruitment platform
- Conduct ongoing training needs analysis
- Produce reports which demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in planning of company events
- 4+ year's experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Financial Services or Insurance sector
- Proven Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Learning and Development experience necessary
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Recruitment Agency experience preferable
