HR Manager

We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Manager on behalf of a Gaming Company.

HR Manager

Hybrid position - offices based in Dublin City Centre

Standalone position initially.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for all HR operational processes
• Provide best practice advice and guidance
• Build strong partnerships with managers
• Manage the recruitment process and on boarding processes
• Manage and lead the performance review process
• Manage Employment Relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, probation, absence management
• Provide guidance on employment policies
• Update and maintain HR Software Systems
• Coordinate staff training programmes
• Undertake proactive HR initiatives
• Responsible for health & safety

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar role, preferably also standalone
• Qualification/Equivalent in HR or a CIPD qualification
• Excellent knowledge of core HR policies, processes and best practices
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
