Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding
• Manage and administer benefits, compensation, L&D, performance management, talent management etc.
• Prepare and manage HR budgets
• Manage Employee relations processes including grievances and disciplinary matters, as well as keeping up to date with legislative changes
• Handle queries from employees and management
• Coordinate training's from employees and management where necessary
• Implement and manage employee wellness schemes
• Offer suggestions and idea creation around changes within the working environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years working within HR, preferably with experience in a standalone HR position
• Experience implementing processes and policies around HR
• Keen communication skills and ability to develop/manage implementation of initiatives
