We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Coordinator on behalf of a Financial Services company
HR Coordinator
Hybrid working - Dublin South based

Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage general HR administration
- Manage queries from employees and management
- Manage HRIS day to day and ensure all employee files are up to date
- Support with induction training and coordinating HR related events
- Administration of employee benefits, health insurance, pension and annual leave
- Produce necessary reports and metrics
- Travel when required (2+ times a year to the UK primarily)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a similar role, as a HR Coordinator or Senior HR Administrator
- Must have services sector experience
- Proven knowledge of recruitment process and HRIS management
- Keen communication skills and flexibility around travel
