Junior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders on Irish Human Resources policies and procedures
- Be the day-to-day contact for all operational and administrative HR requests
- Provides consultative coaching and support to employees and leaders
- Provide local expertise in Irish employment law, policy and procedures and help educate
- On boarding of new joiners, collating new joiner documentation and supporting their introduction
- Assist the Benefits Manager on any changes to country benefits plan
- Support the HRBP team in delivering the people agenda for their business
- Manage employee queries and administration requirements throughout the employment life cycle
- Advocate for the HR agenda
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement topics
Requirements:
- 5 years experience working within a HR capacity
- Experience working closely alongside a HRBP is highly advantageous
- Good understanding of Employment law and day to day operational HR needed
- Keen communication skills and flexibility necessary
