HR Generalist

We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Generalist on behalf of an Automotive company

HR Generalist

Working closely with HR Manager, within a newly created role

4 days in office - Dublin South based

Opportunity to work part time (3 days a week) or full time

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the local management team to drive process improvements
• Review & Update HR related Policies & Procedures where relevant
• Facilitating the annual global Performance Management & Talent Management Cycles
• Managing the end-to end recruitment process for all vacancies
• Managing the company induction and on boarding process for new starters
• Management of Workday CRM system
• Reporting on HR KPI’s and metrics and running monthly/ad hoc reports
• Planning, organising and monitoring of training activities with relative collection and analysis of feedback
• Liaise to roll out the global annual Engagement and Integrity Survey and develop action plan thereafter
• Continue to evolve our employee well-being strategies
• Conducting exit interviews with leavers and report findings back to management

Requirements:

• Experience within a similar capacity, within the HR discipline, preferably as a standalone position
• Experience in heavy talent acquisition based role, with a fast paced environment
• Good working knowledge of legislation, Employee Relations and stakeholder management
