Diversity, Inclusion and Equality Manager

Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre based

Opportunity to shape a well known organisations future

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and further development of the DE&I strategy and policy
  • Working together with DEI Network leads and other stakeholders develop and roll out initiatives
  • Define clear outcomes that will both serve as guideposts for evaluation of program impact and inform program design
  • Conduct trend analysis and bench marking and use that data to inform strategy, drive design, and track and measure impact of programs
  • Attend regular meetings and provide updates on plans and outcomes to the group
  • In partnership with the Culture and Engagement Manager, review and assess data to generate insights on colleague experience and identify opportunities to improve our diversity, equity and inclusion programmes
  • Working closely with the Reward Team conduct research on emerging trends in benefits packages and recommend amendments
  • Working with the recruitment around the implementation of recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Act as a consultant to underrepresented groups and make sure all voices are heard
  • In liaison with the Learning and Development/Training function develop and/or acquire training and development to aid DEI initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations on diversity and equity
  • develop presentations and reports around DE&I

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, within a corporate background, preferably in Insurance
  • Third level qualification or equivalent around DE&I
  • Keen communication skills and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders towards change
