We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Generalist on behalf of an Irish Law Firm
HR Generalist
Hybrid role - 2 days in office
Dublin City Centre offices
Brilliant opportunity for progression
Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Build on HR policies and procedures while keeping up to date with new legislation
- Collaborate with personnel on initiatives such as employee engagement and change management
- Engage in performance management processes and manage employee relations cases
- Oversee a number of key HR processes
- Prepare monthly payroll submissions
- Prepare reports for senior stakeholders
- Assist with performance review processes
- Deliver inductions and training's where necessary
- Support on various HR projects
Requirements:
- Experience within financial services and professional services industry, within a HR capacity
- Qualification or equivalent in HR
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment relations, performance management and payroll
- Keen communication and organisation skills
