People Partner

3 month intrim role - potential for extension

Dublin South based - Hybrid model

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of people plans and strategy
• Partner with business leaders to deliver their objectives
• Provide support and advise where necessary
• Collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure a high quality of employee life cycle
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Support organisation design, workforce planning and changes initiatives design to achieve strategy objectives
• Deploy coaching and development support
• Assist in strategy development for the employee life cycle,reward & recognition, engagement, talent, performance and DEI
• Apply people analytics and insights to inform, monitor and assess initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a large multinational company
• 10 years or more in a HR capacity, with keen experience with regards to HR strategy
• Good communications skills, self motivated and pragmatic
