12 Month FTC

Hybrid Model - Dublin City Centre based

Responsibilities:

• Assist and oversee the recruitment and selection process - including workforce planning and DE&I implementation
• Assist in building development and succession plans, alongside managers
• Assess and manage the training needs of the organisation
• Manage employment relations processes (such as grievances and disciplinary processes) and advise managers where necessary
• Manage performance appraisals process
• Work alongside Compensation and Benefits teams where necessary
• Assist in designing HR policies and managing HR projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a HRBP position within the Financial Services industry, preferably on an multinational scale
• Qualification or equivalent within the HR remit
• Proven experience in Employment Relations and Project Management
• Keen communication and self motivation skills
