We are currently recruiting for the role of Personal Assistant /Team Support on behalf of a banking organisation
Personal Assistant/Team Support
25 euro per hour
6 month temp role - with potential for extension/permanency
Dublin City Centre based
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of complex calendars and schedules
- Facilitating travel plans including planning and booking detailed travel itineraries (flights, hotels and visas etc.), Organising travel meetings and ensuring reimbursement of travel expenses in line with policy
- Liaising with departments to co-ordinate and oversee site-wide events
- Preparing materials for e.g. presentations, spreadsheets, management reports, agendas to a professional standard
- Supporting managers with on boarding and off boarding process for new Corporate Bank joiners and leavers
- Managing team email distribution lists
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work flow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks
• Ability to drive assignments autonomously and interact self-confidently with senior management
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
