12 months FTC
Dublin City Centre based - Hybrid scheme

Responsibilities:
- Manage diary, inbox and travel arrangements for senior executives
- General administration where necessary
- Event management on small and large scales
- Manage meeting arrangements and coordinate with team assistant
- Expenses management
- Coordinate recruitment interviews
- Adhoc tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role, within a corporate environment
- Keen organisation and communication skills
- Experience in extensive travel management and event management
