A leading Dublin Tax Advisory firm is looking to expand their Admin and Secretarial team with a Receptionist/ Admin
Role of the Receptionist/ Admin:
- Greet customers/ clients
- Arrange and organise boardrooms
- Answer phones
- Set up meetings via teams
- Run invoices
Requirements of the Receptionist/ Admin:
- Dictaphone experience (this will be tested in the interview)
- Experience taking and drafting minutes
- Receptionist experience 1 - 2 years
- Be able to work under pressure in a small team
