We are looking to recruit a dynamic and target driven individual to join our team. The successful individual will work as part of the Remarketing Team and will play an active part in all aspects of the remarketing department operations. A hands-on approach is very much our culture in business, and you will be expected to lead by example.

Tasks

• Manage the weekly auction process ensuring the maximum sale price is achieved.

• Drive profit growth on sales through correct sales channel selection and maximising trader participation.

• Set accurate reserve prices (within 5% of achieved prices).

• Ensure auction performance KPI’s are achieved.

• Manage trader acquisition and increase active traders.

• Manage the after sales process ensuring all sold vehicles are paid for before being released to the buyer.

• Maintain and improve trader relationships using an effective CRM process.

• Maintain customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation accurately and comprehensively.

• Participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities.

• Assist the Asset Risk team in their quarterly residual value reviews.

• Undertake any reasonable role related duties which may be required from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Proven sales experience in the automotive industry with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive retail.

• A high level of computer literacy, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Pragmatic decision-maker with a good technical knowledge.

• A good understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory controls.

• Strong numerical aptitude with an extremely high level of attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• A flexible approach, willing to carry out a variety of tasks/ activities as requested and be prepared to workadditional hours as may be necessary from time to time.

• Have the ability to appraise and value used vehicles, be commercially minded and understand all aspects of our car remarketing department.

• High customer satisfaction drive, comfortable negotiating and talking to traders.

• Be digitally aware.

• Good telephone and email communication skills.

• High achievement & drive with a proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Showing professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
