A leading Insurance company in Dublin is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 remotely.
Key Responsibilities of Accounts Assistant (Hybrid):
• Client money lodgements, refunds and reconciliation
• Insurer payments and reconciliation
• Client bank accounts reconciliation
• Assist team on specific projects
• Assist team with year-end financial audit
Key Requirements of Accounts Assistant (Hybrid):
• Microsoft Office – advanced level
• Prior working experience and understanding of insurance broker accounting
• Highly organised and ability to prioritise
• Be able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Understands complex issues quickly
