Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

A leading retailer in Dublin is looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a high-potential Finance Accountant in Accounts Payables and Receivables team. There is a generous benefits package included for this position (€30,000-€35,000), plus variable monthly bonuses, and potential exceptional yearly bonuses.

The ideal candidate will be a high-potential Finance Accountant in Accounts Payables and Receivables team. There is a generous benefits package included for this position (€30,000-€35,000), plus variable monthly bonuses, potential exceptional yearly bonuses, 20% discount products, and an insurance policy coverage up to €1,300 gross yearly.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable specialist:

• Managing portfolio of external Group suppliers

• Invoice processing in different finance tools

• Ongoing communication and reconciliation of balances with suppliers

• Implementation of new processes

• Accrual management

• Report and communication with different contact within the team and teams in France

• Different Tasks delegated within finance scope

Key requirements of the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable specialist:

• Basic Accounting knowledge

• Experience in accountancy 1-3 years preferred

• Familiarity with excel

• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and critical thinking

• Exceptional drive for success and motivation

• Education Fields - Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
