Walters People/Robert Walters Group are partnering exclusively with a well known multinational to hire a number of French, German, Polish, Spanish and Italian speaking Senior AR roles with a commercial aspect to it so a very blended role. These roles are essentially AR roles with a commercial element where you will be involved with account management, projects, presentations and process improvements. These are newly created positions within the team for Dublin and ideally looking for fluent French, German, Polish, Spanish and Italian speaking candidates with experience in Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application or collections who enjoys solving problems, working in a project based environment and liaising with clients in a very commercial role. We have placed a number of these roles with this client this year throughout Europe and in Ireland and they have a number of roles they would like to hire for.

This client are still working fully remotely but have offices in Dublin and you may occasionally need to go to the office for meetings so it is important that you can travel to the office if required. Salary is in the €47,000 - €57,000 range DOE plus excellent benefits package on offer including health care, pension, 23 days annual leave and being fully remote.
They have hired six people so far to the new team and looking to add more people with some AR experience but also interested in working in a more commercial role.

• Credit and collections, cash applications and billing
• Solving disputes with customers when they arise
• Working closely with vendors
• Planning and organising your own work
• Driving process improvements
• Liaising with senior management
• Regular interaction with suppliers and vendors
• Support and join commercial teams in negotiations with key customers

Key Requirements of the Multilingual Senior AR and Customer Financial Services Specialist X 2

• Accounts Receivable, collections, billing experience in an Accountancy team
• Fluent in either one of these languages - French, Spainish, German, Italian and Polish is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoys solving problems and liaising with clients and customers
