A public body based in South Dublin are looking for a Finance Administrator to join to their team. You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable function and the finance administration.
A public body based in South Dublin are looking for a Finance Administrator to join to their team. You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable function and the finance administration.
Key responsibilities of Finance Administrator:
- Administration and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and reports to support the Accounts Payable function
- Support the processing of staff monthly expenses
- Assisting in the Group monthly payment run process
- Completion of monthly bank reconciliations and running reports where relevant
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Participating in financial audits and assisting with statutory returns and reporting
- Assisting team members in resolution of system and bank queries where there is a financial impact
- Providing support to the team in the provision of KYC documentation to banks and third-party providers where relevant
- Assisting with the compilation of data for preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Key requirements of Finance Administrator:
- Demonstrate accounting experience
- Excellent administrative, analytical and computer skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong accountancy skills
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
