Excellent package available in the €40,000 - €55,000 range DOE plus benefits such as pension, bonus up to 20%and study support if required.
For this role they are looking for someone who is interested in a commercial finance role and interested in property development/investments and progressing your career in this area.
Key Responsibilities of the Part Qualified Financial Analyst
- Create development appraisals and investment models to evaluate new development or investments opportunities. Financial models will include project and portfolio level performance and structured or integrated finance
- Create financial models to assess different property investment exit strategies with operating costs/revenue and income streams. Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Support Managing Director with financial models and detailed project level analysis.
- Update financial models as live data is obtained on key model assumptions. Assist Managing Director in preparing core Investment Paper for board and Investment Committee approval.
- Assist Managing Director on all fundraising activities including preparing credit proposals and debt and equity financial models for corporate and project level lenders, evaluation and negotiation assistance with funder term sheets and models. Production of clear and articulate material for funders such as teasers and presentations as required for transactions.
- Work with Design Teams and Main contractor on all key development issues.
- Support Managing Director on acquisition level due diligence.
- Assist with due diligence (including review of legal and banking contracts, preparing the budgets, gathering any external consultants’ reports.
- Maintain project pipeline reports feeding into overall funding requirement and quarterly C/Flow
Key Requirements of the Part Qualified Financial Analyst
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accountancy, Real Estate or a related field.
- High proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding quantitative method skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accountancy, Banking or Real Estate Finance
- Able to work independently, be reliable and organized.
- Professional, energetic and pro-active.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
