What you'll do:
As a Closing Manager/ Administrator, you will be at the heart of the sales completion process. Your role will involve leading the sales process through contract negotiation, managing relationships with housing bodies and councils, and ensuring all closing deliverable documentation is delivered on time. You'll also be responsible for understanding housing scheme mapping requirements, communicating sales progress to the wider team, collating information for accurate projections to third party funders, and providing valuable data analysis. This role requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills.
- Lead the sales process through contract negotiation, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure timely close out of key milestones.
- Forecast and track progress of sale closings against company projections.
- Manage relationships with housing bodies and county councils through sales closings.
- Engage with solicitors, institutional investor purchasers, purchaser’s representatives and internal teams to ensure all closing deliverable documentation is delivered in the correct time frame.
- Understand and manage housing scheme mapping requirements in line with closing deliverables required for the closing process.
- Communicate sales progress and delivery timelines to wider team.
- Collate information from various teams to ensure accurate projections to third party funders.
- Provide data analysis to each department - trends / analysis/ forecasts.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Closing Manager/ Administrator position brings a wealth of experience in property and finance. You have strong familiarity with development finance and have previously negotiated and closed residential sales contracts with various types of purchasers. Your attention to detail is impeccable, matched by your strong commercial acumen and project management mentality. You have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and you're comfortable working on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience with strong knowledge of property and finance.
- Strong familiarity with development finance.
- Previous expertise of negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with various types of purchasers.
- Attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and project management mentality.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
