What you'll do:
As a Paralegal, you will play an integral role in our client's legal team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing documents related to new fund launches, managing regulatory registrations, coordinating board meetings, responding to business queries, assisting with on-boarding of new counter parties, and performing necessary research. You will also assist the team with maintaining existing European products. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Drafting and reviewing documents relating to new fund launches
- Managing regulatory registrations and listing documentation
- Coordinating board meetings, collating documentation and taking minutes
- Organising committee meetings, attending and taking minutes
- Coordinating internal directors and counter parties signatures on various documents
- Responding to queries from across the business and counter parties
- Assisting with on-boarding of new counter parties
- Performing research as required
- Assisting the team with maintenance of existing European products
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Paralegal position brings at least two years of prior paralegal experience. They will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. They will have excellent communication skills that are complemented by their meticulous attention to detail. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills and have proven ability to work well within a team setting. They are capable of managing their own workload effectively while maintaining a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- At least two years of previous paralegal experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication skills underpinned by a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and win the confidence of colleagues and others
- Ability to manage own workload, prioritise tasks effectively and have a pragmatic approach to problem solving
